Lemon Lavender – The first Shortie created. A lovely medley of lemon and local lavender.
Sweet n’ Salty Pistachios – Buttery, nutty, with a hint of Kettle Corn. This shortbread is sweet and salty goodness.
Cinnamon Roll – Inspired by grandma’s fresh baked cinnamon rolls. Our cinnamon shortbread is topped with a wonderful blend of spiced sugar.

Plain Jane: This simple shortbread is full of buttery, sweet goodness! No fuss!
Mexican Hot Chocolate: Just like the infamous drink, this shortbread is packed full of chocolate, cinnamon and a hint of cayenne pepper. Great for a cold winter night by the fire.
Toasted Coconut: This cookie is so creamy and full of coconut flavor! We take organic, unsweetened coconut and toast it to perfection before we add it to our famous shortbread dough. It is fabulous!
Parmesan with Black Pepper Truffle Salt – This cracker has a strong Parmesan flavor with garlic, black pepper, and sprinkled with black truffle salt. This cracker pairs well with Pinot Noir or Cabernet Sauvignon.
Parmesan with Everything Bagel Spice – A strong Parmesan flavor with garlic, pepper, and salted in everything bagel spice. This cracker pairs well with a Sauvignon Blanc or other dry white wines.
Gouda Rosemary – This creamy gouda cheese is blended with fresh rosemary and garlic. This cracker pairs well with a Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, or a dry Riesling.
Cheddar and Gruyere: This cracker is made with aged Vermont White Cheddar and aged Gruyere from Switzerland. There is a hint of cayenne at the end of this fabulously crispy cracker. This cracker pairs well with a Sauvignon Blanc or possibly a dry Pinot Noir.
