
From Culinary School, to Marthas Vineyard, to Vail Colorado, and New England, I ran restaurants and have taught people how to cook my menus.
In 1993 I had the opportunity to become a private chef on Yachts and Schooners. I was able to travel the world doing what I loved, and all the while becoming a more well-rounded chef.
In 2018, I moved to Leland, Michigan, where I baked handcrafted gourmet bread, and worked as a consultant restaurant consultant. It was in nearby Traverse City that Shorties came into being. Each savory shortbread is hand crafted using a proprietary recipe that developed over many years.
